Shadow work, breathwork, confronting the comfort zone. This is where things start to shift.

Paul Menze - life coach and psychologist

I am Paul Menze - psychologist and master coach with 25 years of experience. I started my career working in clinical settings with people carrying serious diagnoses. That gave me a deep understanding of how the human mind works - and where its edges are.

Over time my work shifted toward coaching and personal development for people who are fundamentally well, but not yet living as fully as they could. For many years that work included psychedelic-assisted contexts. Mellow Mind is something different - the same depth of approach, without that territory.
